Alice Bouleau is a seasoned talent expert with a deep foundation in the creative industries.

For over seven years, Alice worked as an Executive Search Consultant and the Director of the Creative Pole at Sterling International, leading global recruitment across design, image, merchandising, and product. She partnered with leading luxury and fashion houses to identify and place exceptional creative talent worldwide.

Trained as a Designer and Pattern-Maker, she began her career at Proenza Schouler in New York and Paris, and also gained early experience working in press and editorial. This hands-on creative background gives her an insider’s understanding of the design process and the people who shape it.

In October 2025, Alice launched The Arrow — a Creative Talents Representation Agency, dedicated to supporting high-potential Design Talents, Creative and Artistic Directors, and building lasting, strategic partnerships between Brands and Talents.
